Hi,

I had drilled a borewell for 400 feet in June'15. There was an existing borewell at the same place for 80 feet, but that was not yielding enought water during summer, hence i drilled it further to 400 feet. However it is still not yielding the desired result. The water coming out of the borewell is very less.I had used 2hp compressor motor and it has to lift the water to the 3rd floor where i have an overhead tank.

Is there any thing that can be done to get water using the existing borewell as i have invested in it. Near by houses have 100 ft depth borewell and they are getting water. Location of my house is : Chitlapakkam, Chennai.
