There is a huge ground water problem in a village in Palakkad called Nemmara. I believe that it is due to the complete lack of knowledge of the villagers on harvesting rain water and ensuring that the natural water collection methods like ponds etc., are kept open. The village which has a higher percentage of elderly living are finding it very difficult to cope. Palakkad is hilly, no doubt, but does receive rain in abundance. Would appreciate if someone could let me know how to reach out to Mr. Mishra so that he could help with a viable solution
