Dear IWP,

When will we understand that using water for flushing night soil is the filthiest habit of mankind? Do we not realise that Swatch Bharat Abhiyan in its present form will pollute ground water also very soon ? I would like to know what your ideas are on this and to further discuss a solution through a group conversation.
