The borewell at home in Nandanam, Chennai is about 70ft in depth. After every rain,water does'nt flow through the pump. Each time we have to engage a team of plumbers to get the pipes out and clean the filter and the unit at the bottom of the pipes.

Twice we had to flush out muddy water using a machine. While cleaning the overhead tank, there were a lot of fine sand sediment, almost a bucket full.

Kindly suggest a solution to this never ending probem.
