In our apartment we got one borewell drilled, for some technical reason we could not use it. Would it be easy/possible to know ground water quantity at this location,  would existing drilled borewell will make evaluation easy and cost effective?

It will help in taking  decision if drilling a new borewell at same location will be cost effective or not.
