I am a research scholar of Rural Development Centre under IIT-Kharagpur. My research is on eutrophication management of shallow lakes.I want to know if there is any critical level of nutrient concentration(Total nitrogen and total phosphorus) for freshwater management of Indian Lakes according to the guidelines of Ministry of Environment?

If there is no such guidelines then which guideline that is being followed in India. Please inform me with some link of articles.
