I want to know about the changes in the ground water level of a flood affected area.  The area is flooded for a period of three to four months in a year (June - October). Is there increase or decrease in ground water level?  The area under question is the coastal area of Orissa (Districts: Jajpur,Kendrapara,Bhadrak).
