We are in West Mambalam Chennai. We want to dig a new borewell as the water situation is very bad in our apartment/area. The spot identified by an hydrologist is located in our car park area which is only 10 ft height. We are ready to even excavate 2 or 3 feet for the work. Is it possible to dig a borewell in the marked spot ?
