I am sure you are aware that we published a comprehensive analysis of the current situation in the Arkavathy basin 6 months ago as an ATREE discussion paper : http://atree.org/sites/default/files/Water_management_in_Arkavathy_basin_A_situation_analysis.pdf. Bejoy Thomas had contacted you last week requesting that this be published on IWP. But I still don't see this on your website. 

Can I know the reason for this please?
