Borewell test results attached: Need advise on treatment to ensure potability in Chennai, Tamilnadu

I'm Vinodkumar, living in Velachery (Pallikaranai), Chennai, TN. Our bore well water has recently changed hard and very little salty. We stopped using it for drinking. After searching existing queries, I found I have to post a water test result in order to get the right advise. I have tested the water and the result received is as given:

Description: The water sample does not comply to Drinking water specification as per IS: 10500 - 1991(Reaff.1993) Amendment No.2, against the above test for which the limit has been provided in the specification.



The final description says, the water is not good for drinking. Kindly advice me on the best water treatment solution that I should do to enhance its quality & ensure potability.
