We need to dig borewell at our Vengurla Khanoli village, but due to conflict with our neigbhour we cannot do so. As per our neighbour's claim, the land on which we built our native house is hers and thus she is not allowing the dig a borewell. We have not been getting water for drinking and daily necessity. From March 2020 we have tried to dig borewell but because of the conflict unable to dig one. How would our water issue be resolved?
