I stay in Kaggadassapura. I recently dug a bore well and using the gas bore type and went upto 500 feet. We struck little water at 300 feet of about .5 inch and at 400 ft we got about 1 inch water. This is in rock at about 450 feet the rock was a little reddish too and contained black and white stone.

The casing pipe was about 62 feet where it touched the rock. To check the bore well the person sent a small metal object 1 inch metal tube about 4 inches to check the depth of the well. The metal piece went down to about 60 - 70 feet and got stuck. We also sent a small brick to dislodge the piece but could not. Initially we heard water sound but later it seems that there is some sort of a block at about 60 - 70 feet.

It is also suggested that a video footage of the bore well is obtained to identify the problem. Please suggest on further action to rectify the current situation?
