QUESTION
Bore well problem in Bachupally, Hyderabad - Is rainwater harvesting possible?

hello all,

We had a bore on may 2008 according to vaastu , the Bore didn't long, we always used to have very inadequate water, it gave 1/2 inch water at 700 feet , since this water is notgoing to sufficient for 6 portion home , we called geologist he gave a point  in the west side of the home on may 2009, we had water at 80 feet , it worked well through out the construction, during the process of boring since water pressure is very high, they dropped the boring at 710 feet , they used casing upto 55 feet , but when they tried to fix the motor at 700 feet it gave muddy water , so they fixed the motor at 610 feet , now they r saying because of the loose soil the bore is getting closed with mud , so the water level got diminished.

if we are not using bore for 15 hours the water is reaching 300 feet after using it for 35 mins the water is decreasing gradually approxmaitely its giving 600 liters every 15 hours , so when we approached the bore well guy he gave us two suggestions ,

one is to go for a new bore upto 1200 feet which is going to cost 2.5 lakhs ,

the second option is to dig further in the same bore 100 feet and to use casing at the loose area of the soil , he told it can be done to limited feet [ 100] is this really true ? can't we go further in the same bore ?

we thought of going for rain water harvesting , he told since we didn't used casing , the loose soil will be give more problem if we go for rain water harvesting, we really need u r suggestions at this point ..?

please pour u r ideas
