Borewell in my house (located at Karur, Tamil Nadu) has grown salty over the years.

Borewell is around 10years old.  Initiall too the water was a bit salty, but it has become more salty over the years.  Scales are formed in the pipes(pvc) pipes. Some of the pipes are totall blocked.

I would like to know the availability of a permanent solution (like an affordable purifier/softener).
