I am looking for cost-effective, environmentally friendly solutions to handling of (an agro-waste based, steam-generating 3T/hour boiler) "blow-down" water i.e. water drained from a boiler periodically to prevent scaling of tubes due to increasing concentration of dissolved solids over a period of days.

Any solution involving solar energy would especially interest me, as the area we will be operating in is blessed with a lot of sunny days.
