I am a citizen of District Bhind M.P. our city has a canal named  Bhind Canal Project  It has almost literally been the backbone of the District irrigation since long. It was constructed back in the year 1919 and was completed by 1933 under the erstwhile Gwalior State regime. The canal irrigates the beds of Kunwari Baisli right up to the limits of Sindh and would ultimately be irrigating 80% of its whole command area.The length of this canal is 917 Km.

But now this is not in use, please give me some link for how we can reuse this canal?
