After the inaugural session on the first day of the conference, there will be technical sessions for national and international experts. On the second day there will be 06 parallel sessions on different subjects. On the third day there will be two technical sessions during which results and findings of earlier sessions shall be put forward to the experts for acceptance. On the basis of this a policy shall be formed for implementation.
