The Water and Land Management Training & Research Institute (WALAMTARI) was established in the year 1983 under World Bank aided project. It was registered as a Society in the year 1992, under the Societies Registration Act. The Institute is recognized as one of the only four Class-I Institutes in AP and is widely known in India and outside for the activities under Participatory Irrigation Management (PIM).

Job description:
WALAMTARI is implementing a Ministry of Water Resources (MoWR) supported project on “History of Dams of Nagarjuna Sagar Project (NSP), Neelam Sanjiva Reddy Srisailam Project (NSRSP) and Sri Ram Sagar Project (SRSP) and seeks applications for the following positions for a period of one year on contract basis.

Qualification:
Graduate in civil engineering with GATE qualification or post graduation in civil engineering
