India Water Portal is a website that shares knowledge and builds communities around water and related issues in India. Managed by Arghyam, the Portal has become a valuable archive of resources, working papers, reports, data, articles, news, events, opportunities and discussions on water.

India Water Portal has a vacancy on its desk / product team.  This is a part time role based in Bangalore and is a consultancy position for one year.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Social media outreach

• Questions and comments moderation

• Publishing content on India Water Portal

• User interaction and feedback

• Newsletter

Skills required:

• Fluent in English - written and spoken

• Knowledge of social media platforms and creating content for social media

• Familiar with Drupal CMS

The candidate must have an interest in learning about water and related issues in India. This role is an opportunity to make more people aware of water issues in India, by contributing to the day to day management of India Water Portal.
