Society for Promoting Participative Ecosystem Management (SOPPECOM), Pune is looking for two Research Associates/Assistants for its work on water conflicts and right to water and sanitation as part of the Forum for Policy Dialogue on Water Conflicts in India.
Qualifications:
- M. Phil./Post Graduate degree in a relevant discipline
- Two to three years of research or work experience preferred
- Proficiency in English and good speaking, reading and writing skills in Hindi and Marathi
- Capable of independent writing in English
- Publications in peer reviewed journals
The persons will be based in Pune and will be expected to contribute to ongoing SOPPECOM projects focusing mainly on the water conflict and right to water and sanitation project activities. The work will involve periodic travel. Remuneration will be commensurate with the applicant’s qualification, experience and capability.
