The Revitalising Rainfed Agriculture (RRA) Network is a national consortium of academics, bureaucrats and representatives of civil society working to develop policy options aimed at enhancing appropriate and comprehensive public investments in rainfed agriculture. The network's functioning is premised on a combination of collating existing experiences, undertaking scaled pilots that are embedded in existing government programs, and evidence-based policy advocacy. WASSAN is anchor of the network and is looking for a full-time National Coordinator for the network. Mid-career persons with at least 5 years of experience and having background in agriculture economics, policy analysis and networking (or some combination thereof) may apply at the earliest. Responsibilities will include coordinating research, pilot programs and advocacy initiatives across the country. The position is based in Hyderabad.
