Pakistan Youth Climate Network

History

Pakistan Youth Climate Network is an initiative undertaken by students and young professionals who formed the group in 2009. It was established as a unit within the Climate Change Study Center at Sustainable Development Policy Institute [SDPI] from where it continues to operate. Youth delegates from PYCN have had the honor of representing Pakistan at the South Asian Youth Summit on Climate Change, Copenhagen Summit and other regional forums and conferences. PYCN was also a part of  the 350  global campaign where it collaborated with its global partners to undertake local and international activities. It has extensively been involved with regional, national youth groups and international organizations to create awareness of climate change and construct options for communities to initiate and sustain the change for a greener future.

Flood Relief
