OneWorld Foundation India believes technology is a strong enabler of development and empowerment and draws on its democratic potential to promote sustainable development and human rights in the South Asia region.

OneWorld Foundation India is now hiring experienced journalists with excellent writing skills as stringers to contribute to its news portal OneWorld South Asia

About OWSA portal:
The OneWorld South Asia news portal is a globally trusted alternative media platform with distinct web pages on each Millennium Development Goal and more. The portal highlights the latest happenings, opinions and analyses on the development front, civil society action, and people’s campaigns for sustainable development, human rights and climate justice.

To apply:
They are particularly looking for stringers in the following locations: North-eastern States, Bihar, Orissa, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and J&K.

Compensation would be on basis of selected articles published on the portal. This would be subjected to a limit of six news items (news articles/ features/ analyses) per month.
