PanIIT Alumni Reach for Jharkhand (PREJHA) Foundation is a Section 8 not-for-profit organization established by the Department of ST, SC, Minority and BC Welfare, Government of Jharkhand, in partnership with PanIIT Alumni Reach for India (PARFI) Foundation. Its flagship initiatives, Kalyan Gurukuls and Kaushal Colleges, offer residential vocational training in multiple trades to underprivileged youth, with job placement on successful completion of the course.

Position Summary:

The Mobilization Executive (ME) drives admissions to the residential training programs of Kalyan Gurukul and Kaushal College. The ME leads grassroots outreach across rural Jharkhand, building and managing a network of village volunteers, Panchayat representatives and NGOs to ensure timely enrolment of eligible candidates.

Location:

This is a full-time, field-based role. The ME is assigned two to three neighboring blocks in Jharkhand and travels regularly across Panchayats and villages.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and lead a network of 10 to 15 village volunteers and other mobilization channels.

Mobilize rural youth to meet monthly admission targets for Kalyan Gurukuls and Kaushal Colleges.

Equip volunteers and partners with training, tools and marketing material.

Monitor daily field activity and channel performance; take corrective action on weak channels to sustain lead generation and conversion.

Counsel candidates and their families on the program, trades and placement, and support them through enrolment and documentation.

Maintain accurate village-wise databases of prospective candidates and verify eligibility documents before admission.

Liaise with government departments (BDO, DWO, JTDS, JSLPS), PREJHA Head Office and other stakeholders.

Submit weekly and monthly reports to the reporting manager and MIS team.
