Purpose of the Role:

The Manager – NRM & Climate Change will lead the design, implementation, and scaling of community-centred climate resilience and natural resource management programmes.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage NRM and climate adaptation programmes

• Integrate climate risk, DRR, livelihoods, and gender

• Provide technical leadership to field teams

• Coordinate with government and partners

Essential Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in life sciences/core engineering

• 8–12 years of experience in NRM / climate programmes

• Strong community-based programme experience

• Donor and government engagement experience
