About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven professional to lead fundraising and partnership development through corporates, HNIs, institutions, and government bodies. The role focuses on securing funding from corporates and HNI's and signing MoUs.

Initially, the candidate will be expected to manage end-to-end activities independently for the first 2–3 months while the team is being built.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure funding opportunities through corporate CSR, HNI donors, and institutional partnerships.

• Build and manage relationships with corporates, foundations, government departments, and key stakeholders.

• Lead presentations, and MoU signings with potential partners.

• Achieve fundraising and partnership targets with minimal supervision.

• Represent the organization to enhance visibility and credibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate or Postgraduate with 3+ years of proven experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, or business development.

• Strong network with corporates, foundations, and HNI circles.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results under timelines.

• Willingness to travel within Delhi–NCR regularly.
