The organization is involved in promoting appropriate prototypes, design technologies related to development and popularizing their application in the field and involved in monitoring and implementation of new and innovative developmental projects financed by government and donor agencies.

Job profile:
For expanding project initiatives of the Diversion Based Irrigation (DBI) Secretariat, the organization wishes to appoint Executive/ Senior Executive for its national DBI programme. The position will be based in Bhubaneswar with extensive travel to project locations of the partner organizations across the country. It will also include monitoring activities of partner organizations, capacity building of partners, providing technical support and documentation of project initiatives

Qualification:
B Tech/M Tech in Civil Engineering/Agriculture Engineering from an institute / university of repute.

Experience:
The above position requires a minimum of three years’ experience in project planning, monitoring and implementing of irrigation based projects.  Experience on working in DBI projects or Gravity Flow Systems would be preferable. The applicant must have good communication and presentation skills in both English and Hindi. Sound working skills on computer and process documentation is essential

Remuneration:
Monthly remuneration will be commensurable with candidate’s qualification and experience.
