Grameen Pariyavaren Kendra (Grampari) is a programme of initiatives of change which, for the last 40 years, has held trainings on values based leadership development in Panchgani, Maharashtra and has enabled people to become powerful agents of change via personal transformation.

We are looking for motivated Marathi speaking people to join our team for the following positions:

• Community Coordinators (village based positions): Will be responsible for promoting and facilitating community development programme activities at the grassroots level.
  
  Responsibilities include – Main focus will be community mobilization, ensuring participation, empowerment and capacity building.
  
  Requirements are – Degree is social work, rural development, education, science, engineering or related.
  
  
• Livelihoods Programme Manager: Will be responsible for all aspects of the livelihoods programme at Grampari.
  
  Responsibilities include – Ensure programme overall is running efficiently and at maximum capacity, writing grants and developing other funding sources.
  
  Requirements are – Degree in social work, rural management, business, science, engineering etc.
  
  
• Watershed programme coordinator: Will be responsible for managing and implementing watershed development and integrated natural resource management projects as part of model village programme.
  
  Responsibilities include – Technical, programmatic and administrative support for the senior manager.
  
  Requirements are – Postgraduate in environment, agriculture, engineering, hydrology or related field.
  
  
• Water, sanitation and hygiene project coordinator (WASH): Will be responsible for managing and implementing water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) projects in rural areas of Satara district as part of model village programme.
  
  Responsibilities include – Technical, programmatic and administrative support for senior manager of the WASH programme.
  
  Requirements are – Degree in engineering (environmental or civil), public health, science or social work.
