The Dhamra Port Company Limited (DPCL) is a 50:50 joint venture of L&T and Tata Steel. DPCL has been awarded a concession by Government of Orissa to build and operate a port north of the mouth of river Dhamra in Bhadrak district on BOOST (Build, Own, Operate, Share and Transfer) basis for a total period of 34 years including a period of 4 years for construction.

There is an urgent requirement for an environment specialist at the Dhamra Port, Orissa. He/She will be part of the EHS Team. We are looking for someone preferably experienced or knowledgeable in/about environment compliance, clearances; overseeing our Environment Monitoring Cell monitoring the ambient air, water and noise parameters at the port site.

An aptitude to learn new skills would be the greatest asset in the candidate. Should be knowing how to draft letters/official correspondences. Should be knowing basic excel, word. Should be articulate and be able to handle inter - departmental queries.

The Selected candidate would have to re-locate to Orissa and would be based at Bhubaneswar/Dhamra.
