Program Associates will support and assist the Program Officer (PO), in identifying, monitoring and developing quality livelihood intervention systems in Sandbox Karnataka under the foundation’s grant making function.

Location: Hubli, Karnataka.

Job description:
Will support and assist the Program Officer (PO), in identifying, monitoring and managing relationships with livelihoods partners comprising of not for profits, for profits and other initiatives. Knowledge of non-farm income generating intervention, experience in enterprise building will be an asset. Other desired attributes will include written and oral communication, knowledge of Kannada and presence of attributes like strong follow up skills, focus on delivering results and self determination are a must.

Qualification:

• Graduate/Post graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in Livelihood, for profit industry.
• Should possess strong relationship building, networking and business development skills
• A for profit mind set and application of the same in social sector is necessary.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Kannada will be an added advantage. Candidate must be willing to learn Kannada and work closely with north western Karnataka population.
