We are seeking a Graphic Designer who can translate our work into powerful visual stories across reports, events, campaigns, and digital platforms. This is not your typical agency or product design role - you’ll be part of shaping communication that drives real-world change.
Position Overview:
CEED is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Associate / Sr. Associate – Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into clear, impactful, and visually engaging designs. The role involves designing reports, infographics, knowledge products, and digital creatives that communicate CEED’s mission to diverse audiences including stakeholders, media, communities, and the public.
Key Responsibilities
Design visually compelling reports, briefs, presentations, and publications that make complex research accessible and visually compelling.
Develop infographics, data visualizations, and layouts to research findings.
Create branding and collateral for events, workshops, and campaigns (posters, invites, banners, standee, brochure, decks, etc.).
Create digital campaign materials (social media creatives, banners, posters, newsletters, etc.).
Develop engaging graphics, infographics, and creatives for social media and website.
Design newsletters and email campaigns with strong visual storytelling.
Support in creating multimedia assets—basic video editing, GIFs, and animations.
Ensure design consistency with CEED’s brand identity across all outputs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality designs on time.
Collaborate closely with research, communications, and events teams to bring ideas to life.
Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and innovative communication practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design (NGO/communications sector preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) or equivalent tools.
Experience in designing reports, publications, and infographics.
Strong sense of typography, layout, and attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media design formats and trends.
Basic video editing skills (short explainers, reels, teasers).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
A creative problem-solver excited to work in the climate and sustainability sector.
Salary:
Salary is negotiable and at par with the industry.
