This document provides details of the Rajasthan Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Policy, which seeks to provide a fair and transparent framework to help facilitate the process and encourage Public-Private Partnership in upgrading, expanding, and developing of infrastructure in the State of Rajasthan.
Leverage State and Central Government funds, support private investment and create a conducive environment so as to utilise the efficiencies, innovativeness and flexibility of the private sector
Provide better infrastructure and service at an optimal cost, in public interest
Set up a transparent, consistent, efficient administrative mechanism to create a level playing field for all stakeholders and protect their interests
Prepare a shelf of projects to be offered for PPP and take them forward with assistance of the owner departments through a transparent selection process
Promote sustainable development and inclusive growth in the state by putting in place an effective and efficient institutional framework for speedy clearance of the projects
Provide project development funding to essential infrastructure projects, which satisfy/offer potential to satisfy the public need.
Maximize the social and economic returns from Government investment
