The Indian Society for Ecological Economics (INSEE) with support from the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP), is organizing a one day workshop on ‘Pathways to interdisciplinarity: Analysing the interface of nature, economy and society’. The workshop is a build-up to the sixth biennial conference of INSEE on “Nature, Economy and Society: Understanding the Linkages” and will be organized as a pre-conference event.

The pre-conference workshop aims to sensitize and expose the participants to the various approaches, imperatives and methods toward conducting inter-disciplinary analysis of environmental problems, with special emphasis on developing countries.
