About the expo

Wake Up Clean Up Bengaluru is the city’s biggest event dedicated to waste;  a 7 day expo at the Freedom Park, initiating awareness, dialogue and action around the management of Bangalore’s growing waste problem.

The week long expo will have dedicated solution tracks for all types of waste generators – apartment complexes, hotels, hospitals, traders, corporates and institutions, through workshop sessions, expert talks, exhibitions and focused training programs.

Schools and colleges across the city will participate in DIY sessions, awareness workshops and take pledges to do their bit for a cleaner city.

The grand finale will be an open to public Waste Habba – a 2-day dawn to dusk extravaganza celebrating waste that is more – waste management, waste as art, waste as culture, waste as wealth and waste that each one of us can do something about.
