After the inaugural session on the first day of the conference, there will be technical sessions for national and international experts. On the second day there will be 06 parallel sessions on different subjects. On the third day there will be two technical sessions during which results and findings of earlier sessions shall be put forward to the experts for acceptance. On the basis of this a policy shall be formed for implementation.

Venue

Conference venue is at Bandrabhan in Hoshangabad District, at the bank of river Narmada near confluence of river Tava, which drains the Satpura-Mahadev Ranges, the queen of Satpura, Pachmarhi - the verdant jewel of nature and Satpura biosphere reserve - the habitat of flying and giant squirrel and habitat of living fossil - psilotum. Situated at the distance of 08 km from Hoshangabad, Bandrabhan is famous for a mega fair held annually involving participation of thousands of devotees.

Accommodation and transport

Away from the hullabaloo of the city, the participants shall have the luxury of staying at the vast and pristine bank of river Narmada in eco-friendly cottages in tribal settings. The delegates shall be served with native cuisine of Narmada basin. The participants shall be provided free transport at the nearest railway station and airport from arrival and departure.
