This draft has been prepared under Rajasthan Urban Infrastructure Development Project (RUIDP) sanctioned by Government of Rajasthan. The bill is prepared to establish an Authority for the protection, conservation, restoration, regeneration and integrated development of lakes situated in urban areas and peri-urban areas of the State.
