The theme of the competition is "WATER IS PRECIOUS!". Eligibility: The competition is open to EVERYONE. Format: Print , 10"X 12"mounted on stiff backing Deadline: All entries must be submitted by Friday, March 20, 2009 Limit of Entries: One per candidate. • By submitting each entry, the entrant warrants that s/he is the creator of the image and grants to the ALLIANCE FRANÇAISE DE BANGALORE the right to reproduce the image with attribution to the originator. • Software should not be used to change the resolution of any image submitted. Cropping and enhancements such as sharpness, colour balance, contrast or brightness are permissible. • All decisions by the judges are final.
