In these videos namely Part I and Part II, Narayanan Unni walks us through his farm located in Chittur, Palakkad, Kerala that includes a range of organically grown medicinal plants, vegetables and introduces the organically grown ancient medicinal Navara rice and the details of how it is grown traditionally in the farm. His farm also offers a unique home stay, holiday experience.

As he walks us through his farm, Narayanan Unni introduces us to a variety of medicinal plants in the farm that are used in healing wounds, that which can be used as pesticides, as a cure for diabetes, colouring agents for liquor, besides a range of plants yielding spices such as cinnamon as well as bamboo plants, coconuts, bananas and a range of vegetables.

He also takes us to his rice fields, which yield the unique variety of organically grown Navara rice, known for its medicinal properties and informs that this unique variety of rice is now being researched on by the agricultural university to improve its yield. He also demonstrates how the traditional water pumping system drawing water from the river Chitrapuza, tributary of Bharatpuzha irrigates the farm.
