In the International Decade for Action 'Water for Life', Government of India has launched 'Bharat Nirman' yojana, which includes provision of safe drinking water. DAE-CSIR program envisages deployment of technologies developed by their labs in a reliable and sustainable manner to achieve these objectives. The implementation involves synergistic participation of DAE-CSIR laboratories, executing agencies and users each with financial contribution and commitment to ensure self-sustenance preferably with a multiplier effect. The technologies developed by DAE & CSIR are available at the website and are available for technology transfer to entrepreneurs on a chargeable basis. For setting up and sustaining the facility, Public Private Partnership may also be considered.Technologies Available: Technology Page Expression of Interest (EOI) is requested from the interested Groups/ Institutions indicating name of the company /participating agency, brief description on the nature of engagement in providing drinking water, technical credentials (including owned technologies), experience, financial credentials and references.
