The conference aims at enhancing the understanding of water resources governance and water management with a focus on the involvement of people in policy making, implementation and monitoring so that the increasingly scarce resource like water can be fruitfully utilized and conserved in the interest of people. The deadline for submission of abstract is 10 January 2009 (Not more than 400 words). The deadline for submission of final paper is 28 February 2009 (8000 words with references).
