In a co-incidental occurence with the floods, a new book talking about flooding in the Kosi River will soon be released. The book is: "Trapped! Between the Devil and Deep Waters: The Story of Bihar's Kosi River" by Dr. D.K.Mishra, Fellow, People's Science Institute. The book will be released on September 7th at India International Center, Delhi (see image)
