Call for papers

  • Papers should fit in with the main themes of the conference - click here for details
  • Speakers are allowed to mention their companies: 'Advertisements' are NOT allowed.
  • Interested authors should send a proposed presentation title and the name of the author/presenter to the conference chair to the address listed below. Accepted papers are added to the confirmed list on a 'first come, first served' basis.
  • When the conference programme is full, no other papers will be considered for inclusion in the conference programme (although they may be considered for inclusion in CCVC Magazine).

Registration fee

As soon as the conference organizing committee receives this information by email, we shall process your eligibility to attend the CCVC 2012 events and issues your respective participation codes. Your delegation is expected to quote this code in all future correspondences with CCVC 2012.This will enable the CCVC 2012 organizing committee identify your group and formalize your registration requirements.

We shall fund the all round air ticket for all our qualified delegates-from your country to London and back, visa cost, per diem (excluding hotel accommodation charge) and travel Insurance via the access grant, this support is for delegates from developing countries who are unable to fund their travel costs. Send in your motivation letter for access grant to accessgrant@ccvc12.org
