During my service tenure, I worked in various parts of the country in both South (Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Orissa) and North India (North Eastern States, West Bengal, Bihar, Chattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh , Uttaranchal, Gujarat and Rajasthan). Presently, though stationed at New Delhi, I can undertake assignment any where in India. Presently, I am working as a freelance Consultant. My previous assignments for 14 years were with India Canada Environment Facility (www.icefindia.org) and other bilateral projects. I also worked in Action For Food Production (AFPRO)- a National level NGO for 18 years as the field water and agricultural specialist providing technical services to NGO and other projects.

Joining as a Geohydrologist in Action of Food Production (AFPRO), I provided technical and facilitating services to a large number of NGOs and other public and private agencies for development of local water resources; both surface and ground water. Subsequent tenure in two bilateral technical cooperation projects funded respectively by German Technical Cooperation (GtZ) and Royal Netherlands Embassy (RNE) provided me with specific expertise in Hydrological data collection and preparing watershed level water balance and management plans. The recent experience of working with India Canada Environment Facility (ICEF) provided me with valuable expertise in designing and implementing community based environmentally sustainable projects from land and water sectors.
