	Anupam Mishra of the Gandhi Peace Foundation has an intimate knowledge of traditional rainwater harvesting structures in several states of north India. "Aaj Bhi Khare Hai Talaab" is his acclaimed book in Hindi on the traditional ponds in the villages. "The Radiant Raindrops of Rajasthan" is the English translation of "Rajasthan Ka Rajat Boonde", about the many traditional water management structures of the western Rajasthan desert. The translation was done by Maya Jana of the Research Foundation for Science Technology and Ecology.
