The CPHEEO manuals (Central Public Health and Environmental Engineering Organisation) on Water Supply, Sewage and other aspects of water supply systems are commonly used by water utility engineers and managers for smaller towns and cities across the country. The manuals are available on the CPHEEO website. The website also has a list of all Class 1 (population > 1,00,000) towns and cities across the country, using the 2001 census.
