I have dug a borewell in my agricultural land 8 kms away from Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu. At 420 ft totally heavy hard rock is present under the soil. I found some little water inside the borewell (nearly 60 ft)but when I used test motor the water was very less. Please advice me do I have to re-dug the same, or take a new point. Mine is a rocky area. Also, is it possible to recharge the borewell and if I recharge the borewell, will it work in my hard rock land. Please help.
