The borewell contractor has charged different rates for different people. He has charged us much more than the normal market rates. As there was scarcity of water at our home , we had to pay him the amount. He has taken advantage of our situation. What can we do in such scenarios. Is there any government body available which we can contact to complain about him. Please help.
