Need suggestions on setting up an Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) for recycling wastewater from dyeing

I want to treat waste water from dyeing. The total effluent is 120 KLD

  • COD  3100
  • BOD  1100
  • pH   9.5
  • TDS  5400
  • TSS  3900

Please suggest the cost of plant & the processes that need to be adopted. I want to reuse the water in same process.

Looking at your enquiry, we can give you all the information, provided you give us detailed information and when you intend to take up this project. Which is your company and how did you arrive at 120KLD etc?

You would need a UF and RO based process coupled with a MBBR /MBR process. Lets us know your phone number and contact details.

Go and see what they are doing in Tirupur before talking to consultants. This problem has been solved for the dyeing industry since early 2000's.
