Dear IWP

My apartment is at ground floor and the STP plant is installed underneath of my apartment(Basement). There is too much noise from basement, as the exhaust fan in the STP is installed near my toilet area. STP runs 24 hrs. I am encoding the following issues

1) Bacteria spreads around my balcony area & STP water quality is not good.

2) Too noisy: Definitely higher than human hearing limit

3) Too much vibrations: Due to that, noise spreads through wall and my family is daily exposed to strong smell.

Can you advice me what is right to place for STP plant? Can you point me legal rights on STP related issues?
