As part of an NGO I am working on a water access project in West Bengal and would need information on the following:

- Contact details of a topographic surveyor in the region of Kalimpong to map the region to be covered (someone trustworthy, competent and with highly competitive prices as the budget is quite tight)

- A training program/ module where we could send our water distribution system operator in order for him to get full training on overall water issues (importance of filtration, water quality...) as well as distribution system operation and maintenance. Ideally, if this training "agency" could come on site, it would be even more efficient!

I would therefore be really grateful if I could get some information on these.
